Episode One ~ ARCHETYPAL DREAMWORK

Meet Our Guests

In this episode we explore Archetypal Dreamwork which is a practice that helps us engage with our dreams in a meaningful way, uncovering patterns, emotions, and messages that can support personal growth and transformation.

My guest is Amy Trafford. Amy is an Archetypal Dream therapist and teacher, with 25 years of experience in this field. She is passionate about helping people explore the symbols and stories that emerge in their dreams. She believes that dreams are not random but deeply personal, offering each of us exactly what we need to see, if we’re willing to look. Through this practice, Amy helps to bridge the subconscious and conscious mind, using and working with dreams as a tool for healing and self-discovery.

Our willing participant is HEIDI HARRIS an artist and photographer specializing in creative portraiture with families, children and large hospitality brands.

She has run her own business for 20 years: having started in the field of celebrity and destination weddings, then offering commercial photography work to brands and interior designers.  She works with a diverse and supportive team and together they satisfy many photo needs in the Atlanta area.

She has been interested in and engaged with energy work since she was small and strives to be open minded and curious towards new methods of understanding and expansion.

Episode Two ~ SHIVA MURTI HEALING

Meet Our Guests

In this episode we explore a healing art that is as ancient as it is alive.  A practice born in the temples of Bali that speaks to both body and spirit. This practice is called Shiva Murti and it is a powerful energy-healing modality rooted in Balinese Hinduism and the animistic traditions of the island.

My guest is Neil Aaron.  Neil is one of the foremost teachers of this sacred art with over twenty-eight years of teaching experience.  Neil was formally trained and initiated multiple times in Bali by Master Teacher and High Priest Ratu Nabe. Having attained the highest level in the Shiva Murti tradition, he was honored with the title Jero and granted permission to teach this lineage internationally.

And our willing participant is Terra Horton, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and the founder of Earth Mama Studios in Los Angeles, California. She brings more than a decade of experience to her work supporting individuals through emotional healing, personal growth, and spiritual integration.

Terra’s therapeutic approach weaves together traditional psychotherapy with integrative healing modalities such as art therapy, breathwork, brainspotting, and ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP). Drawing on a background in transpersonal psychology and creative expression, she creates a safe, grounded space for clients to explore the intersections of mind, body, and spirit.

Let’s stay connected!
